SME Centre or known as Serambi Pekan is meant to be a centre for local small and medium business to market their local products. Sited near to Pekan Town with its decking fronting the riverbank of Pahang river provide as a good ‘one stop centre’ for visitor and tourist . The open concept planning and glass façade treatment for this double storey building enhances the spacious, airy and open river view shopping experience.
UDA BUSSINESS PARK , KEMAMAN ,TERENGGANU
COAST KEMAMAN - As significant as it’s name, this commercial centre has already become the talk of the town as the new landmark and ICON to Kemaman town.
